I went down the very first morning and applied for the "SMILING"plate for my wife. She has always been a happy person and she's always smiling - thus SMILING. It'sbeen on her cars ever since.While at the DMV, I decided to get "ISMILE2" as a companion plate for my car. It's been fun withboth plates over the years. But we're retired now and both plates are lookin' for a new happy home.These are ready to be assigned to your vehicle and registered to you. Transfer to you is easy using DMV form "Special Interest License Plate Application (Listing is in full compliance of eBay regulations - license plates are valid and not counterfeit, or souvenir, etc., and they are more than three years old, and they meet all criteria of eBay & local law enforcement, and DMV).I can meet you at any DMV office from Sacramento to Pleasanton to San Diego.
